Another reason why I think DUI folks should be shot on the spot. Make the breathalyser contain a bullet, over 0.08..BAM!

Problem solved, no more drunk drivers.
 
If there is physical evidence at the crime scene that proves the "victim" pulled in front of him, I agree with him suing.
I can easily see how he would be coerced into pleading guilty with the threat of life in prison.

I'm just playing devil's advocate here...

This is pretty messed up. I was in an accident with a drunk driver a few months ago. He was driving on the wrong side of a divided highway. Dude almost took us all out.
 
The suit claims McWilliams was in the left turn lane and "because of his sheer negligence" McWilliams abruptly changed lanes, "making it impossible" for Belniak to avoid the collision.

Gee, and driving drunk at 75mph didn't have anything to do with making it an impossibility? 🙄

They ought to re-sentence this clown. His new sentence is to have beer bottles thrown at him, by the victims family members, until he dies from his wounds. :twisted:
