themexp.org - what is wrong with this site?

First of all, none of the pictures seem to show up. All I get are the little boxes with red 'X's in them. Second, I can't download anything from the site. All of the download links take me back to the main page. Does anyone know what is wrong here? I went to their forums (once - it usually times out) and read some post about it. All they said was to mess with your firewall settings. Since I don't have a firewall, does anyone know how I can download files from them?

I'm using IE 6, BTW.

I havent seen anything like that except each page takes almost a minute to load on an edu connection.

I was just saying that so you know im on a connection that is never slow. You might have assumed I was still living in the dark ages on 56K.
