I'm just curious to know if there are themes you can download for Windows Vista?

I don't really like the black taskbar, and I'm curious to knowif there are other things that you can change as well.
 
But it only changes the color of the windows. The bottom black taskbar and the top title bar when maximized remains black.

Anyone has idea on how to change those would be greatly appreciated.
 
Stardock's Windowblinds 5.5 works on 32 bit Vista machines. The price is $25. There is a trialware version to be released soon, tho. There's rumors of a uxtheme-like patch but I don't believe it's true.
