Trying to find a row of 2 recliners for my home theater. I have limited room so a row of 3 will not work. I would have tried this thread at AVS but rules said I couldn't ask for pricing or retailer info etc.

I really like the Coaster Matinee's as a row of 3 can be had for $650. But I'll be damned if I can find them in a row of 2.

At most I'm looking to spend $600 or a little over for them delivered curbside.

Just an update:

I ended up ordering some Coaster Matinee's from Spectrumhome4.com. They were $713 shipped for the 3 seats. I'm going to leave out the middle seat and still meet my length requirements. I can add in the 3rd seat when I have more room.

I have the Coaster Mantinees and am wondering can you take out the middle seat? They delivered as a set of three all together, just had to slide the backs on.

Got my Matinees yesterday. Super comfortable and I was able to leave out the middle seat.

Very, very happy. I'm probably going to sell the 3rd matinee to someone who wants and addon.

Sorry forgot about this thread, but since you already got them, my opinion is worthless, :D .

But I am going to give it anyways, some people would frown on $600 for three reclining vinyl seats, with the mandatory cup holders. Since I don't think there is really anything in its price bracket that I could find, they fit us just fine, and I am a big guy tall and round. Sure the Coaster Showtimes would have been great but we would have ended up spending more for two seats then the three we have. And also not having the option to get a third since three Showtimes would not fit our room and leave enough room on both sides to walk comfortably.

We spent $600 plus tax + delivery, and can't be more pleased for the price, if we spent twice the amount I would expect more room, leather, etc. But again we didn't pay for such luxuries.

I thought they were vinyl but man if they aren't leather from top to bottom I don't know what leather is.

Leather breathes MUCH better, but my theater is always cool, whether its summer (ceiling air vents open) or winter (ceiling air vents closed). Stays very moderate down there in winter even with no heat being pumped in, as 80% is below grade, windows are framed and insulated over. And the furnace/hot water/washer/dryer room, is one room over with an L shaped part of it backed up to the back of my rack, so excess heat from those things, freely flows into the room. But I would hate to have the mantinees in a room, that had no aircon, or was always warm.

Manatees should be kept moist. Same with dugongs.
