How do you change gear in your car if it doesn't have a gear stick?

Porsche is my older cousin's. His and mine are both stock motor and auto. Both are about equal in performance but I think my car is slightly faster. My wife wanted me to buy the auto so I did; his wife bought the Turbo for him as a gift so he wouldn't feel left out and she only wanted the auto. Not that he cared. We both can drive sticks and had manual cars before. Plus if we really need to feel like a man and drive a stick we can always borrow his brother's Ferrari. It's 6 speed manual.
