Actually Antec gave me a small bit of the ol' run around over a backing plate issue. But I got a call back in 1 day. My plate was sent and I received it 3 days later. Overall Antec is a good company with good products, but with, unfortunately, typical support.


I am amazed it didn't occure to him to check the PS. Thats the first thing I'd check.
