the worst popups ever!!!!

For the last two weeks my IE5 is displaying popups every few minutes. It doesn't matter what website I go to, these are the same popups. I deleted all my cookies, uninstalled all suspicious programs. I still can't get rid of them. HELP BEFORE I GO MAD!!!!!
 
go dl'n adaware. and its prlly some spyware installed from kazaa. the root folders are somewhere in your documents and settings folder i believe or it should be in your windows folder. adaware should point it out and than delete the root folder. if it is the LOP.com go to lop.com and it gives u a way to unistall it.
