The worst car/truck you ever been in?

i would disagree here. i drove one of those and almost bought it. the only reason i didn't was because of the poor rear visibility. the back window is tiny, and the huge rear pillars made for huge blind spots.

the fit and finish was great and it handled well(for an suv). i cant possibly see any reason whatsoever this would be the worst car you have ever driven.

The Tuscon was the worst handling vehicle I have ever driven. Who cares about the fit and finish when it drives like crap? I will admit, the car felt and looked pretty nice, but drivability is still king.

modern car wise, I'd have to say the PT cruiser, we got one as a rental and it drove like a 15 passenger van with less visibility.

Has anyone driven a Reliant Robin?

Lol, I vividly remember seeing those three wheelers on the same roads with REAL cars in England. Single wheel up front. Just looking at them, they did not inspire confidence. :awe:

As for my entry, I think I'll go with the original Ford Escort. Americans bought them by the boatload, but they pretty much defined the word "mediocrity." Not one single inspired thing about them, with plenty of cheapness and zero performance of any kind. The engines all needed valve jobs around 70,000 miles.

A g/f had one. Jesus, it was cheap.
