Can somebody tell me why this is appearing on my computer whenever i try to use certain programs? I have the most problems with Office 2000 programs. I have Win98SE installed on my computer and I have no idea how to fix the problem. Can somebody shed somelight on the subject? I have a hunch it has something to do with user settings and have fooled around a little bit with them, but I can't figure anything out.
