And trump can start selling shares in the next month which will likely crater the share price.

And just think off the people who “cannot afford” groceries will blame Bideneconomics for the failure of DJT

Edit.

Coincidence that trump 500 billion judgement might be due very soon

At this point, it hardly matters. As you said, the stock price would likely collapse if he tried to sell a large tranche. But he's so hard up for money it wouldn't even make sense for him to sell off like 1M shares.

He likely has a one-time chance of extracting at best $100M (just a guesstimate), which is only enough to pay his lawyers for about 20 months. And if he actually did this, the optics would be pretty shitty 2 months before the election even though the rubes left holding the bag probably wouldn't mind. 🤣

Yep, who is he going to lose over it? Anyone buying that shit in the first place was part of the cult and nothing (not even death I reckon) will shake them out of it.

Truth Social seems to be circling the drain – the chief execs (CEO Devin Nunes, COO Andrew Northwall, CFO and treasurer Juhan Phillip) are selling off their shares

Something about rats and a sinking ship....

What would be hilarious is if everyone BUT trump sold their shares, and he was left holding a bunch of shares worth absolutely nothing. I think that would be a beautiful pièce de résistance to this whole DWAC grift. Sure, Nunes and other grifters make some quick cash. But the grifter in chief gets left penniless

Wouldn't really matter much. We all know his shares are essentially worthless. I didn't follow this grift closely but what doesn't make a ton of sense is how they gifted him 60% of the outstanding shares for... doing nothing. Sure the only value of the entire operation is in having his name attached to it. But even so, he invested zilch (AFAIK) and spends zero time helping DWAC. I guess the only value there, if you even want to call it that, is when he posted on Truth Social.

The entire thing is an obvious scam, but I guess "perfectly legal" based on the little we know.

If the NYS fraud verdict is ultimately upheld, DJT is gonna need a lot of cash to pay off the judgment.

What's great is grifters grift other grifters.

It's a grift. Has been from day 1. The grifters are trying to maximize as much of their values as possible before the lead rat feels the sinking ship. Once Tramp sells shares, it's going to sink like a fricking rock.

Me thinks someone is looking for a cheap data center and to muck up NATO. Cow boy is up to some kinds of shenanigans in Macedonia of all places.

why would they need a data center in the Balkans to handle their 5,000 daily users? They could easily run that site in RedSquirrel's basement, and he'd probably do it for free.

But then they couldn't grift a $100 million contract for their $500 single laptop "data center" on behalf of team Trump, which comes complete with hard coded data forwarding to the Kremlin.
