Of course, the Clinton administration is taking credit, but I'll lay the credit at GWs feet as he IS the Governor.

The article says the spokesman for Gore is saying the site merly points out a few thigns that have improved DESPITE GW's "misplaced priorities." Of course, you can't give GW ALL the creit for all those things... But the Repulicans are trying, and the Dems are reying to give him credit for NONE of it.

COME ON PEOPLE.

You can't possibly say EVERY bad thing is TOTALLY GW's fault, and every good thing is TOTALLY DESPITE GW.
