Borrowed the box set from a co-worker and watched a few over the holiday. This scene highlights how well written and ahead of the curve this show was. I highly recommend watching again for historical prospective and for just pure fans.
This scene the characters are arguing gays in the militaty. Remember it was back in the year 2000 (whoda thunk it!). These characters are such a metaphor for the GOP, Democrats and you can place Obama in the role of Adm Fitzwallace.

BTW - That accomplishment is pushing equality for all our citizens.
