I don't regularly watch it but I caught the last few episodes.
I don't understand how Toby could have been the one to reveal the military shuttle. I thought it was C.J. Is Toby covering for her or the administration?
What's the deal on the Bartlets daughter and her fiance? The Bartlets mention they are glad their daughter is not gay then meet the fiance who looks like he may be a "beard"?
