This is definately a newbie site that doesn't provide much more advanced information. And they're definately trying too hard to sell ads and stuff. You can find much better information on t-mag from actual professionals, not just some hobbyist starting up a weighttraining site..

to me this guy has put everything i've read in those magazines into one spot. Its a good base to start off with, and it answers the very basic questions people have about what to work out each day and basic nutrition.
