They were calling for a forecast of "partly cloudy and a high of 70"

well its 1430 and its fricken 37 and raining. if it keeps this up it will be snowing by 5 when i go home.
 
they told me it was going to rain.
i looked outside and it was kind of sunny so i didnt take my umbrella
it rained
i got wet
