Just watched this on Netflix, and was quite surprised. Well done action movie. It is over the top, but in a good way, and I'd say much better than Hollywood seems to be able to manage these days.

Its a bit slow moving in the first half, but its not bad. And its good enough I even stopped noticing Kate Bosworth's terrible wild west accent. There's definitely some cheesy/silly/weird stuff, but I didn't feel it really detracted from the movie.

What's with these pretty awesome Korean made East meets old West action adventure movies? This, and The Good, The Bad, And The Weird have really won me over. Much like the well done movies we're getting from Scandanavia.

Are there any other movies like this I'm missing out on?

I really enjoyed this film as well. Was a lot of fun with some awesome action scenes at the end. Cowboys vs Ninjas = awesome!

Netflix should just change the description: Cheesy good cowboys vs ninjas. They should also change the box art. Its not wrong exactly, but it and the description really didn't make me want to watch it or do it justice. so I'd skipped it in my queue and regret not having watched it sooner.

Still haven't gotten around to it, all i remember is that it had some weird funding or production company, some random director, so one wonders what film subsidies or type of angle they were playing..
