The warranty sticker to my PSU has come off :(

It says if removed it voids warranty, what should i do? I got no problems atm, should I make Evga aware of it?

Anyone else have any ideas? I was just thinking of sticking it back on but could they see what I had done? It doesn't seem to have any markings on it to see if it has be taken off, but if they used a magnifying glass on it that might be a different story.

I sent in my coolermaster on warranty earlier this year after it died on me. Not knowing it was under warranty, I slit the sticker and pulled the PSU apart, hoping to find a blown cap or burned wire or something I could fix. Not finding anything, I put it back together and then researched it, at which time I realized it was under warranty. I got an RMA, sent it back, and they sent me another with no questions asked. I don't think it will be a problem.

Just save the sticker in the case you do have to RMA and if so send it along with a note that it fell off. Could be that it wasn't properly affixed in the first place.

You can keep the sticker in a safe place in case you ever need to RMA it. Or you could tape it to the bottom of the power supply for safer keeping. There wont be an issue with it, if you tell them it came off it you ever have to contact them.

I doubt those mean much. If you had an issue they'd probably ask you to open it up to look for anything like bulging caps anyway.

Kinda like how Dells and other clone PCs will have those stickers but they'll want you to open it up to troubleshoot before they send you parts. Removing video card, ram, etc. PSUs don't really fail that often, I would not sweat it. When they do, they're usually out of warranty.
