Really? I knew she was out...with a nerd being awkward & then giving a step-up speech & with the whole episode being kinda slow & quiet, I figured they were ripe of kill her off. Too out of character for the show 😀

Yes, but that guy originally tried to escape the group, which is why Daryl offered him asylum in Alexandria. So he's either still with Negan's group (hence the extra guys) or he's independent. But, you make a good point...he stole the bike & crossbow, Daryl got his bike back just recently, and now the crossbow thief is traveling around with armed, trained men. Yeah, I think you're right, hes back with Negan's group 😛 Not sure why they gave him back a leadership position tho...
