How has no one noticed that Rick got cut by the machete covered in zombie blood?

He's toast too. Unless he removes the hand.
They talked about this a little. I believe in the comic, Rick does lose a hand. the FX producer ended up saying having him lose the hand etc would cost too much. So either rick is going to die (psh yeah ok) or nothing much will come of it.

I suppose based on the logic of this particular world, as long as he gets the wound treated quickly and the infection doesn't kill him, he should be ok. The bite from a zombie isn't what kills you, it's the resulting (deadly) infection that comes with the bite.

If they killed Glen off, I'm done with this show. Out of the very few likeable characters left, he's the most likeable one.

Glen will 100% die at some point, but it's probably just not right now

On another note though... if that wasn't Glen being eaten... That blood shouldn't have been spurting if it was of Nick's. Ya know because... being dead means no blood pressure.. soo... no arterial spray. So it leads me to think it might actually be Glen's. However, again... not sure a person would stay conscious for that long loosing all that blood. Will be rewatching scene again..

Rick could still lose use of the hand though, nerve damage as opposed to physically losing the hand. Would be a cheaper option since you don't need to green screen it.

Or they could have used that fire escape blocked by a couch.
:awe::awe: Hahaaa, I was waiting for that to be mentioned. Jesus flesheating Christ, now we have sofas being used as impenetrable barriers for our heroes. If you analyze it after the fact, it will drive you nuts and make you hate the show, so I bitch about it to no one but myself, ignore it and go back to suspending belief.

Stupid impenetrable sofa !!!!!

More importantly, where the fuq was the lookout.

Michonne could have hacked through any one of those groups blocking their path before they hid in the pet store.

And why would you let the coward/attempted-murderer lead the way and make decisions for you.

I was confused about that at first too but I think it's because he knew the little town or something.

I don't understand the Wolves group. Are they simply a bunch of random psychopaths that enjoy hack people up?

no kidding and why kill women and take a few men hostage? hmmmm

Also do we know if the men that attacked Rick in the RV were wolves or some random guys. I did not see if they had W on their foreheads.

Rick found what looked like canned food in one of their pockets, indicating that he was part of the group who just attacked the town. (they likely tried to raid the storage areas or took from homes)

But his "play record" in the town last time was everyone dead except me and the other coward.

The first guy who came into the RV was the guy that Morgan "dueled" before they ran off -- I think that entire group was the one Morgan fought, and the one speaking Wolf was the one that tried to kill him last season.

P.S. That looked like way more than 31 rounds that Rick let off.

I think that was baby food. The connection was probably that they may have raided Rick's house and killed the baby.

Yeah it did look like baby food, I didn't catch the label. I guess that would be a more "decent" way the show could kill off the baby, considering she didn't make it in the books.

I just thought it was strange they seemed to prefer blades to kill people and they stood around hacking the bodies up. Instead of looting the place.

More cannibals?

Maggie for the rest of the season?

Now, now. Everyone knows that sofas are like black holes. As soon as you get near, they call to you and pull you in. Overcoming the pull of a sofa is like skimming the event horizon.

my take on it was that the first person in the RV shot a gun at Rick, was the same person who ran out of Alexandria with a gun because of Carl (or Morgan, not positive) in the previous episode.

in their world, blades last forever and will always be around, unlike ammo, which has a finite supply and can be hard to find.

I just saw "Thank you". I think Glen is dead. If he does make it back then I think they are ripping off video game where one of the characters jumps down into a bunch of walkers in an alley, only to show up in the next game.

I sort of feel like a shit bird, but I really don't mind Glenn being dead (if he really is). I was always kind of "meh" about him anyway. I didn't dislike him, but he was a little... flat compared to the other more interesting characters.

The best thing about Glenn was his nostalgic value. Honestly with only 4 (3 if you don't count Coral) of the remaining crew left, they really can't afford to off any more of the originals.

What did Glen do before he left the pet shop? He said he had to do something, then he had the pocket watch out, but all i could tell was that he was looking at it...

Seriously, if Glennnn (can we come to a conclusion on how many Ns are in his name?) ISN'T dead I'm done with this show, because aside from the ridiculousness of him surviving that scene it would be just about shock value and creating anger/gossip, which this show should be above.

I liked him at first until the show seemed to force the relationship between him and Maggie down our throats with some ridiculous "encounter" scenes that supposedly built their chemistry during a season that I still consider the weakest of the series.

You never know until they fully explain or show how he escaped (if he really did). I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on this.

I never mentioned this to anyone because everyone seemed so enamored with them as a couple, but that was my opinion too. I know there aren't a lot of people in dating pool to choose from during a zombie apocalypse, but those two have zero chemistry. Just doesn't seem plausible. Think its more the actors than the premise.
