I don't especially want mentally unstable people armed. But at the same time it has gotten tiring how so often when certain freedoms some people don't like are used irresponsibly or for evil intent many in America seem to think the answer is to take away or further restrict that freedom.

Did not find in the article about him being known as mentally unstable.

I don't certainly don't want people that have been shown to have mental problems to have easy access to firearms or any access really...

I think we can assume that someone who murders a person and then commits suicide was not mentally stable.

But they definitely have all their constitutional rights. No soldiers will be quartered, damnit.
