The voice of Jor-el (sp?) in Smallville.....

General What's-His-Face was played by Terence Stamp. I have no idea, I don't watch the show, but I thought this might help.

That is correct. Terence Stamp played the voice of Superman Krypton father on the Smallville.
 
Cool....wonder if he has a fear of mirrors.

I also found out he was the butler in Haunted Mansion, which is weird because the whole time I saw that ity drove me up the wall trying to guess who he was.

Good actor.
 
On another note, he played General Zod in the original Superman, though I think that's what CChaos was referring to.
