The difference in noise is quite substantial as you said though =)

My room is kinda warm, actually, around 80F ambient temps. That would be about 27C. In a cold room you'd get better results.

Unless you already own a VF700 and plan to transfer it over. Accelero X2 FTW. $33 and much better cooling with complete silence. You also don't have to epoxy on memory chip coolers.

That said, the red Fatality fan just looks cool on the red ATI PCB (provided you have a case window).
