arg! just need to vent.
I need to run out tomorrow and buy something for my parents' anniversary party tomorrow night. so I'm looking in the phone book and looking online, and I find 7 stores in driving distance that would probably have what I need. 5 of the stores have websites.
so I go to the websites to find out the hours the stores are open (it's 2 am, so calling them is out of the question, and I'd really like to know how early I need to wake up tomorrow to get this done), and of the 5 websites... 0 of them actually list the hours they're open!
I know that one of the shops was established in 1904 and that one of them was Frank Sinatra's favorite store, but not what fricken time they're open until on a Saturday :| you'd think that if you're designing a website for a brick and mortar company, there are 5 things that you'd want to get clear: what you sell, where you sell it, when you sell it, and how to contact the store.
