the USPS sent me "The Lunar New Year Collection - 2005 Edition" flyer

"The stamps in The Lunar New Year Collection represent the 12 animal signs of Chinese astrology - .... this collection was created by celebrated Chinese-American designer Clarence Lee."

hey that is fine, i am not upset or anything, i guess they have no way to know i am not chinese, they must send stuff to people based just on the spelling of names

my great-great-great-great-great grandfather was illiterate or something. when he came to the U.S. from England the "b" got dropped from "Limb" and my name went from English spelling to Chinese spelling

Uh, they wouldn't send you that based on name only. Someone must have checked an "Asian/Pacific Islander" box at some point in your past, which also probably occurred becuase of your name.

it isn't bad, i don't really care
we get stuff from other groups that are asian related too , which is why i think it is related to the spelling of the name and not random
maybe everyone gets this stuff, if you get this stuff you can say so here, so far it is just people saying they send it to everyone but they haven't said they got it themselves
