Well really it's all contextual, it's certainly elevated in the setting of a number of possible comorbid conditions. In an otherwise healthy individual it doesn't meet the JNC 8 definition of hypertension, but it's certainly not ideal either.

Geez, do you guys ever speak English? My blood test results were fine and my cholesterol is excellent and quite frankly, I'm just a bit overweight and out of shape with not a great diet. I just wanted to fix that first before taking meds. If it high after that, then I will take them. I don't think that's unreasonable. It's not like it's off the charts high.

I speak English quite well, actually. I always advise diet/lifestyle modifications prior to medical therapy. I can't speak to your specific situation, obviously, I was simply providing some context.

Looked up most of the ones I know. All of them had between 3-6 ~$25 lunches. One had about a $4k total, looks like some type of training or speech retainer fee.
