can't argue with his results, however that just means he's a great stock picker. Buffet isn't an economist.

Agreed, it's like asking Barry Bonds to comment on the physics of baseball. The guy's just a good hitter.

Except that Buffett has a Masters in economics from Columbia business school.

Yeah precisely. Besides his knowledge of the economy lets him pick stock at their low points and he knows the companies will succeed. He rarely buys anything at a high point.

BH has made Billions by shorting the dollar and will continue to do so.

I suppose we should just ask Bush.

He's betting heavily that oil & gas prices are going to go through the roof and he's likely correct.

His recent railroad play is a stroke of genius if he's right.

Federal antitrust regulators have cleared Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (OOTC:HWYI) (NYSE:BRK A) increasing its stake in Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp. (NYSE:BNI) , the country's second-largest railroad, a government agency said Wednesday.

Berkshire Hathaway, billionaire investor Warren Buffett's investment vehicle, said earlier this month that it plans to boost its share to 25 percent, from 15 percent, according to a regulatory filing by Burlington Northern.

What? Didn't Buffet go to Columbia and get a Business or Economics degree there? I'm sure Barry never graduated college with a degree in physics.
