I think if you're trying to abstain from any sort of stimulation in that vein, you'll end up hurting your goal in the long run due to distraction.
 
Actually, giving up the Internet for 40 days will do you far more good than giving up sex. A healthy sex life will help you with school.

Although I agree. It is a tough option since almost all school requires interaction with the net.
