I think it's pretty clear that Mr Pink gets blown away in the parking lot, off camera, as he leaves the warehouse. Seeing as how he's the only bad guy outside at the time, and the cops have the place surrounded, this is what I took from all of the screaming and 10,000 gunshots, anyway.

Go watch the end again, you don't hear the police pull up to the warehouse till after Mr Pink is long gone.
