Why hasn't someone made a really nice m-Atx board yet? Like a NEO2 minus the extra pci slots? I would think there would be a great demand for something like this. Small case, easy mobility and with the right cooling it could be quiet. Any thoughts?

Nope. I think it's an ECS or a BIOSTAR or something generic-sounding like that.
