how about a desk that I can have my monitor on AND write on?

People use desks for writing? I thought it was just a convenient place to put your computer... man I am out of the loop.

By the way, what is "writing"? Is that some sort of new thing you do on a new gizmo? I need this gizmo then.

Definitions of writing on the Web:

* the act of creating written works; "writing was a form of therapy for him"; "it was a matter of disputed authorship"
* the work of a writer; anything expressed in letters of the alphabet (especially when considered from the point of view of style and effect); "the writing in her novels is excellent"; "that editorial was a fine piece of writing"
* (usually plural) the collected work of an author; "the idea occurs with increasing frequency in Hemingway's writings"
* letters or symbols that are written or imprinted on a surface to represent the sounds or words of a language; "he turned the paper over so the writing wouldn't show"; "the doctor's writing was illegible"
* the activity of putting something in written form; "she did the thinking while he did the writing"

Unless your a "mac person" your not likely to see sense in this desk...Sure it looks nice but a normal desk for half the price does a whole lot more, ring a bell? joke 🙂

But if you want to be super cool and be unique then I'm sure it's a valid purchase

I'd love that desk since it's so small and convenient but not for 650 bucks.

Agreed. I like small desks but its overpriced. As I said in the OP, if I had 650 to piss away that sure would look great alongside my kitchen/dining room.
