Now maybe I'm bias, considering I'm building these beasts, but I think you guys might be a little impressed with these. They aren't done, but you get the idea from the few pics I had. More will follow tomorrow, all black case with red or gold accents? Yep, that case is now a beautiful black case....lmk what ya guys think. The specs on it are at Website

Here are the links for the pics:

Pic4 - Pic4
Pic5 - Pic5

Thats all for now folks. Lemme know what ya guys think. I'm very proud of what I've done so far, and I'd like to hear everyones .02 on the subject.

Some parts of it were hosed, those are my prototypes...3 weeks is what I was told for fixin's.
I'm crossin my fingers and hoping all goes well...
I've worked my tushie off trying to make something I deemed necessary of sitting on the desks (errr FLOORS :p) of power users everywhere. Not bad a case big enough to house 2 PC's, weighing under 20lbs with a single PS in it...
Those pictures don't do it justice unfortunately I was in a rush to get em out, and I was trying to assemble and look for problems at the same time. The ones with it anodized will look MUCH better. It should be pretty nice with a black front, and the inner facing behind that done in, well I'm doing mine in red. The two contrasting colors, showing through that grating in front should be pretty cool to look at. :)
I know the price seems rich, but the finished product will have a lot of features and "toss-ins" to make the value moreso. Filters, aluminum thumbscrews (those little SOB's are expensive) more stuff than that also... its a work in progress, and I'm starting to feel real good about it taking shape. The next few weeks will reveal its true identity when its finished. It should be a pretty nice product...I hope... :)

Thx for the comments guys and gals...I appreciate it. If ya got any more questions, ask away

Alright ladies and gents, here's the updated pics, with a majority of the case in black, with gold accents, red accents, and blue. See whatcha think. Before you comment, yes I know the HD bay doesn't look right, I had that stamped for me in 1 day, don't expect miracles with same day stamping service, they're working on fixing all that for me now.

http://casedesign.jjplating.com/dsc00033.jpg through dsc00065.jpg should be all of them. If you just replace the 33 or whatever with 34/35/36 so on and so forth you'll find all the pics. They aren't in numerical order, some are missing from that order, just go through those numbers and you'll find em all. The pics are kinda hard to make the detail out on. I'm gonna fix that tomorrow when I mount some fans and some chrome grills on it for some nice contrasting looks.
Enjoy, lemme know what ya think.

I know, the pic setup is messy, but I don't have time to update the site itself, so the pics get put there and I'll get to that when I got the time, sorry for the clumsy setup, gotta deal with it for now though

The case looks really nice so far, I got a question tho.. in pics dsc00048/57/61 there is like the 'power supply tray' and it looks like it's a solid sheet. How is this gonna work with powersupplies like the Enermax line which have intakes on the bottom?

The cutout on the bottom is not of concern really, cause I ship em with either a 300W standard PS (Sparkle) or a 400W optional. They intake from the rear and exhaust out the face (so to speak), so that you don't have to worry about that. Then again, some will want to use their own, or replace that one eventually. I'll look into getting a cutout into that for convience. Thats why they're prototypes, to fix the things that should be fixed.

260 W/ 300W'er

I consider that fairly reasonable myself, considering all the nice features it has to it. I built it from the ground up to be all that a person could want from a case...or at least thats what the people who gave me all the suggestions said. I took input for about 3-4 weeks, then went to some engineers and had em map out the ideas that everyone gave me, and you're looking at it.

Shipping weight should be right around 20lbs

Yeah, I've had to split my time and dedicate it to one message forum for the most part. I chose the HardOCP because it just fit my style of thought and design well. The hard edged attitude that you tend to see so often, well thats me in a secret life :)
