best waffle recipe ever:

1 7/8 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
----------------------------->MIX


2 egg yolk
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup oil
------------------------------>MIX and add to dry ingrediants. stir until most of the lumps are gone

beat egg whites stiff
------------------------------->fold into batter.


these are very good waffles.

today i had a pretty awesome omelette with avocado and tabasco sauce on top and with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese inside. so as far as breakfast goes, my vote goes to omelette.

Actually I can almost agree with this sentiment. I love all 3 but I do show favoritism to waffles.
