The Twix Bar from Hell

Tuesday: I went to the vending machine during a break from class and got myself a Twix for 75 cents. As I picked it up from the dark bin from which it fell into, I noticed the top of the wrapping was pre-opened... sorta. The pics will explain everything. I haven't taken a bite yet due to the fear of what kind of germs or roofies it may contain.... but I'm soo hungy 🙁

Oh well? I've had a couple twix bars that have looked like that. My parents had a box of granola bars that had TAPE in the middle of the bars. The heavy duty shipping kind of tape. All they got was another free box.
