This is the sequel to The Tunnel which was the basis for the US show The Bridge.
The English detective and the slightly autistic French detective pair up again to investigate a couple who disappeared from the tunnel train.
There are a lot of subtitles but a lot is also in English. Although if your ear is not attuned to English accents and colloquialisms, you might want to watch it with closed captions.
