Saw a preview for this series last night. looks like it might be pretty good.

he may have been the most powerful monarch england ever had. sure, the stuarts did a lot, but henry did it with the power of king in parliament.

i'm not sure how historical it will be. it looked like a drama series and its on showtime i believe, so yeah...we'll see.
