Its supposedly best to workout in the morning which i used to do but no more because I don't have time. I work out in the afternoon/evening and have more energy. In the morning you aren't supposed to eat or anything before you workout, I would be sort of light headed and tired. Now, I workout in the evening and I have more energy to push myself harder.
Also I drank water all day except before working out/jogging and I got a cramp on my right side, it was pretty bad. I suppose I didn't have cramps in the morning. Just a rant/suggestions.
