I don't know why everyone was so down on this movie. The bad reviews made me wait to get it. I saw it today used for $5 and picked it up. We liked it.
 
BTW, is the girl's father wearing a rug, or what? He's a very funny looking Asian man. Looks like he's had a face lift, too.

As for the girl.
I thnk her body is slamming but the face doesn't do it for me.

Yeah, it was no great masterpiece, but it WAS fun to watch.

And it looked great on my 57" widescreen HDTV. Sounded great too.
 
It got particularly cheese at the end when he was sliding around in the grease or whatever but I enjoyed it. Would rather watch say ronin for car chases though.
 
Yup fun movie. I like Jason Stratham. If you've ever played Hitman 1 or 2, I think he would be perfect for the lead role if they made a movie.
 
The only awesome part of that movie is the BMW E38 735i (3.5L V8 with available manual tranny)!

Edit: The E38 740i/iL and 750iL were the only two models available in the States, but Europe also got the 728, 730, 735i/iL, and 725tds, 730d, and 740d.

We had fun watching the oil scene. I thought the choreography was pretty good. 🙂

Ronin has it's good points, and bad points too. Both are fun to watch, though.
 
i don't know, i usually will watch any movie from beginning to end. I liked the action but the story was just jumping all over the place. That sh*t didn't make sense.

I thought she was Qui Shi or something like that. I think she's pretty (I couldn't take my eyes off her in StormRiders) but her whinning was a bit annoying in The Transporter. For $5 for the DVD, it's a great movie.
 
Something about that fight seen in the house where his suit coat starts to come off and he quickly pulls it tightly back onto his shoulders just gives me goosebumps.

I agree, good movie.

I believe they used his voice for a British SOS commando in Call of Duty, but I may be wrong.
