Agreed I went on the 4th of July in Myrtle Beach a few years back, It was definately a well put together show.

EDIT: I've been to a Metallica concert that featured: Kid Rock, System of a Down, One other really good band, (not saying kid rock is a good band).

I love his music. My favorites include: Fat, Jerry Springer, Its All About the Pentiums, The Saga Begins, and so on and so on.
