Anyone know where I could find the scenario of the Titanic (1997)? A friend is looking for it for a class, she needs the dialogues, the description of the scenes, etc.

Thanks.

That movie came up in one of my classes this semester, and I was the only one to have not seen it. People acted like it was a sin that I had not seen it. Is it that great of a movie?

So basically she wants the script.

I would assume so, she's pretty weird, so I didn't ask her in details.

I didn't like it. It's not my type of movie.

Not really. I've seen much worse, but it's nothing special. They were probably just surprised because it was so popular and a lot of people saw it.

I watched it on HBO. I'm not much into romance though it's a good movie for what it is. I'm into the sci-fi, action, drama, comedy. etc...

It is a good movie. Maybe you should check it out this weekend. At least for social value.

It's a great movie. I always get moved by the "I will never let go" scene. That Sissel chick on the background score hits all the right notes and pulls the right strings.

I almost blew it at the end of "The Last Samurai"

really?

I think the old women in the movie was the last living survivor. Though she reportedly died a few months back.

I still chuckle when I see the mock sequel toThe Titanic when they pull Leonardo de'cap out of the ocean in a ice block and "resurrect" him like in the movie Forever Young. Just have to laugh at some of the marketing involved with some movies and imagine all the suckers who fall for it.

Hey, i love a good movie. If a movie makes me cry then so be it. There are a few that do. But when they do, the waterworks come out.

Titanic is one of them.

Yes. And she was extensively interviewed and mentioned by name several times in Walter Lord's book A Night To Remember. My parents and my grandmom had tickets to the 1958 Phila. premiere of the movie by the same name.

AND, I have in my possession a blanket that my Dad had always thought had come from the Carpathia, but which experts from the Clearwater chapter (sic) of the Titanic society said came from the Titanic itself.

The Titanic actually happened and it was sad to see how the lower class was treated. So it will strike a nerve to almost everybody who watched it including myself. I still remember middle school Social Studies class learning about the discrimination.

Woudn't be here myself if her being female and a first class passenger hadn't VASTLY improved her odds of surviving.
