The time schedule for a concert's lineup is not annouced

Would it be a safe assumption to say each band gets 1 hour, and 15-30min setup time between each band?

I don't want to miss the last 3 bands, so what time should I arrive? (if using the calculation above, 1pm + 3 x (1.5 hours) = 5:30pm.
