The Thermal compound included with Zalman CNPS 9500

I'm planning on overclocking the Rig in my sig. The Zalman HSF I bought came with a tube of thermal compound, but is there a difference between it and Arctic Silver? My CPU should be here tomorrow, and all I have left to buy is the video card (when ever Newegg gets it in). If the Zalman compound is crappy, I'll order a tube of Arctic Silver 5.
