We are getting closer to the "please delete" thread's numbers ... :)

Stats? I'm looking through for pictures of this party you threw! 112 folks, fireworks. Wow, that's amazing. :)

I think that would make petrusbroder the official entertainment director for the fort. :)

You want to see some pics! Why don't you fly over ...

Please remember, that was in 2001. Nowadays I could probably not afford it ... ;)

Oh wow. Somehow I missed the entire conversation on the last page (views per page set to 40). I thought this was something you did recently.

Had not realized a correlation with the posts to datum had begun. :(

It takes two days to smoke up some salmon.
One for the brine, one for smoking, cooling & vacuum sealing.

Yesterday we had a combo autumn party and birthday party for our oldest daughter.
I made smoked salmon 'dip' or more properly 'spread' consisting of:

Smoked Salmon
Cream Cheese
Mayonnaise
Green Onions chopped
Red Onion chopped
Garlic minced

Then I quartered some bagels, making them the proper size for finger food.
Everybody loved it, and the quart of spread was all gone by the end of the party.

Man that sounds good.

ROFL....

Sad thing is, I've seen this in real life... It's really a sight you never want to see.

No party here, usually we do, and the company springs for food. But due to the buyout, nada. :(

Some of us are doing a small potluck on Friday. No costumes though.

Most everyone will be gone by the end of the year. Haven't seen a final list but last I heard there will be about 20 people left out of 160. And that's just here at the headquarters. :(
