Funny thing to do on a date.

I remember making sushi (alone) and afterwards the kitchen was always a HUGE mess :D

You just had the 1700th reply...

anyways, we both love sushi and neither of us mind cleaning/doing dishes. It's an experience thing.

EDIT: My first time warp! I'm now the 1700th reply!

I just ate some really hot kim chi soup! We got it from costco, and I think I added less water than they intended one to add. It was still good though!

Soup in a BBQ-thread ... well it works OK for me - a good and hearty soup may be a really good start ... :)

I remember when Campbell's Soups had a line of fruit soups. My favorite was Black Cherry!

Sure does. I should be putting my new i7 together right now. But at least Monday is my day off, so I guess that's when I'll be doing it.

OT:
 I did not wait for UPS: I put together two i7 since Friday evening.
Won the firsta one,
Bought parts for the second one.
Our computer store is less than 1% more expensive than the internet stores (if you include shipping).
There are no discussions when you need to return a part due to malfunction ... a warranty is a warranty.

Crunching is fun: not only when the science gets done and the the stats flow in but also when you can build computers- :D
/OT

Most of my parts are not available at local computer stores yet so I bought them online. I now am rebuilding my i7 920 into a new case and it's a pain (it's watercooled).

For my final post, and the reason I am up at 2 AM on a Sunday, is that I now have a girlfriend. Apparently the date worked out. I love sushi even more now.

Speaking of BBQ...

I just put 6 salmon fillets in brine (my own recipe) into the fridge to soak for 24 -36 hours.
I'll put them into my Brinkman Pitmaster Pro smoker for 12 - 24 hours.
Then I'll eat some nice smoked salmon! And I'll vacuum pack the rest for later! ;)

I caught way too much salmon this year, I've got 200 lbs of fillets in the freezer, so I really need to start smoking some o that Coho!!
