I received a catalogue for The Teaching Company in the mail the other day and was surprised at how in depth some of the courses are. I did some research and they have quite the reputation for delivering awesome products. They are all taught by respected academics in their respective fields and are, accordingly, very pricey.
I am interested in the Masters of Greek Thought: Plato, Socrates, and Aristotle & Great Ideas of Philosophy Set for $219 and the Understanding the Universe: An Introduction to Astronomy set for $229.
Before I order, I was curious if anyone on ATOT had used them and what they thought of the quality.
