Really loved TP1. It was unfairly (IMO) compared to Portal 2 because they were both puzzle games, but TP1 was the *chillest* game I have ever played bar none and there was and has been nothing quite like it.

I would crave that gentle music and play at your own pace style, and BSy sort of pseudo-philosophy that was enough to get you to think but never too hard, of the game after a long day at work that I just don't for the high octane shoot-em-up stressfests.

Looks like TP2 will likely have a stronger narrative bent than the first game and I really hope they don't lose the core vibe in an effort to be more like Portal 2.

I love puzzle games but have never played The Talos Principle despite everyone recommending it to me. I just went to wishlist it to grab it on the next sale and apparently I've owned it for years. Guess I'll take it for a spin one of these days.
