The "subscription" icon isn't showing up on my browser

The sub. feature is back now right? If yes, I'm not able to subscribe because the icon and button isn't showing up.

I found that if you are using Win 2000 the subscribe icon and the "read" "un-read" icons aren't appearing for the past 2 days....

When i switch to WIN ME, everything works fine...
