The STRANGEST Thing Just Happened

My little girl cousin came back running, saying that the guy living next door smiled at her in what she said was in a strange bad way, and took her tuna sandwich from her. She came running back to me crying.

Now I have to tell my 6'5'' 275lb uncle to give that guy a visit.
