Someone I talked to today her neighbors asked her to secure her WiFi because their teenage son had been using it while he was being punished. After guiding her to secure her D-Link router, she mentioned the Chromecast.

Once upon a time last Saturday, we were all lazing around our TV watching watching black and white movies from days of yore. My wife and I were enjoying how tough guys in those days would always end their sentences with "see???", and how phrases like "big palooka" and "lunkhead" made you look cool and sophisticated.

We watched intently as Robert Mitchum was about to smack yet another woman across the face for talking back to him when my son got up and nonchalantly meandered up to his room.

My wife and I continue our movie watching, when suddenly "Anynet" flashes on the TV screen, our Chromecast is engaged, and then a full on no-holds-barred-gang-bang is flashed in front of our faces. A 60" 120Hz screen filled with penises and vaginas produced a rare occurrence of the non-comedy movie group spit-take. (I really wish we were being recorded as I think there have only been 6 in documented history).

As I scrambled for the remote, shocked as to what was happening, it hit me that my son has an iPad and he left the room. I went up and pounded on his door, which resulted in sounds I can only describe as similar to those made by meth dealers when the swat team starts breaking through windows.

After a few seconds of ruckus, the door creeks open and my son does his best unintentional Lurch impression. "Yeeeeeeees?"

I demanded his iPad. With the guiltiest look a human face is capable of mustering, my son hands me his subject of shame. After examination, the browser history was mysteriously deleted. With a shrug of my son's shoulders, it was clear some detective work was in order.

Consulting my router logs, it would appear said iPad had visited a certain "XTube" site....100's of times. After visiting said website, I found the exact spit-take inducing clip, and also found the exact cause: THIS SITE PUTS THE "CAST" BUTTON RIGHT NEXT TO THE "FULL SCREEN" BUTTON! What kind of twisted web designer would do that???!!!

So, as a warning to all porn browsers out there: if you have a Chromecast and your TV is set to automatically activate it, be VERY VERY careful with your porn.

He's 14. When I was a kid, something like finding a Hustler magazine in your room was punishable by stoning. These days...eh....boys play with their junk. Hell, I still play with my junk. The minute the whole world admits they play with their junk is the minute we can achieve world peace.

Hell in my day getting a hold of a hustler mag at 14 would have made you king among your friends.
