Heres a link to the spending bill congress passed broken down into its parts w/ the funds allocated to each part.

I definitely dont see nearly enough help for small businesses to make any kind of meaningful difference. The SBA loans are nice but I doubt those will really make that much of an impact.

Only one that jumps out at me thus far:
Aid - Government - Costs to Internal Revenue Service of providing health coverage help to workers laid off because of outsourcing overseas - $80 million

Other than that, I'm actually impressed. Of course, the values for each of these things are obscenely large and completely inflated from what they likely should be, but what else is new?
