Also, my lawyer is looking for a great 17" flat panel monitor. Being a lawyer he doesn't know what great means, so under $800 will probably interest him.

Yeah, some IBM 75GXP drives would be nice. Kingmax TinyBGA pc150 ram, Pioneer dvd rom drives, and 8x up burner.

you aren't gonna get a 17" LCD for anywhere near $800. The panel sans casing and circuitry costs more to make than that.
